I have found a supplier of these that charges a fraction of the UK chandlery prices. https://yacht-supply24.com/ is based in the Netherlands. For example, the Tecnoseal 01317 and 01321 anodes (pencil only, no brass plug/bush) that I use are €2.60 and €1.85 respectively, including Netherlands VAT. The brass bits are available but I find that if I screw the pencils into the brass bits only loose hand tight, the worn stubs can be unscrewed and the plugs/bushes reused. The only snag with this company is a standard P&P of €19 but I ordered several years' supply, so that it worked out at around €1 per item.
