Hi All - I've recently got a 1991 Navigator with an inboard diesel (a Lister Petter Alpha). Does anyone know about:
a) the provenance of the boat ? I was told that the engine was installed by Lister Petter as a demonstrator, but neither Cockwells (Hardy) nor Sleeman & Hawken (Lister Petter) have records of it.
b) any general thoughts on Lister Petter Alphas in Hardy boats ?
For info, I recently brought round her by sea from Chichester Harbour to Eastbourne: she now needs an engine service and some general maintenance.
