Hi, despite the fact like most I am personally naturally averse to paying people money for giving potentially concerning news, I would concur with the advice of you obtaining at least a basic hull survey if you have any concerns, as hopefully this will allay your fears!
Perhaps there is someone locally who can give advice for free?

I would have a survey. We have one every 7 years just to be on the safe side and while it has not revealed major problems it has helped in preventing problems developing.

Hi i have a hardy pilot 20’ SE
With a 50hp Honda for stroke
I got the boat out on a hard standing and started preping it ready for anti fouling .
When you tap the transom it feels solid in certain areas and a little hollow in other !
Is the start of problems
Would a survey help ?
