Oppss should be "can't see an issue with an additional 15kg"!

I run a 75hp e tec 2007 on my Regatta which comes in at 145kg with no issues. I can see 15kg making a massive issue with the transom as long as it's in a good condition. I'm even thinking of hanging mine on a jack plate to give me a little more ability to tweak the engine position.

I believe 60hp is the maximum rating for the 194. Check with your insurance company before you buy the 75hp.

I currently have a Yamaha 2 stroke 75C outboard powering my Sea Wings 194. I am looking to repower and am considering a new 4 stroke 75 HP Yamaha. Engine weight would move up from 123 kg to 160 kg. From what I can ascertain the boat weight is 860 kg without gear and passengers. Could anyone advise on maximum safe engine weight please?
