Hi Julian. I googled "locker hatch boat" and came up with this from Ebay.
Looks similar to mine but I didn't check dimensions.

Hi all,
I’m looking to refurbish the cockpit locker hatches on a Mariner 26. Does anyone know the make or where to find some replacement hatches please?
