Hi Hans,
Yes it is the chain locker drain. You just have to ensure it is kept clear of any rubbish so it can do its job. Or you will have a chain locker filling with water.

* Hi Folks. I have a Hardy Navigator 18 I was wondering is. The small hole in the bow just above the water line just a drain for the anchor box.
