Hi Mark,

The major way to tell the 18 M/S and the 537 apart is the the 537 wheel house roof is a soft top and not a Fibreglass roof with hand rails and the shape of the side windows are different.

Last year we purchased a Hardy 18 we know it is not a navigator but we are not sure if it is a Hardy 18MS or a 537.
It has never had a mast fitted it has 2 bilge keels and the outboard is in a well within the cockpit with the steering via a rudder.
Any help in identification would be appreciated as we want to buy a cover for the boat. Any advice on theis would also be appreciated as a good source of covers.
