Hi folks,

Over the years I have been asked if the original head lining material is still available. it was around for a number of years. However, after a while the material started to get hard to keep clean, so they were changed to an easier cleanable thin foam backed vinyl which was able to keep clean and looked better than the wheatsheaf pattern material. especially if like some navigators and pilots which had over time not had much in the way of ventilation and mildew appeared on the head and side linings on the early boats. There a number of companies out there, one being Hawk house which do a good range of lining material and will give advice on how best to get good results when tackling the job.
