Thanks Gerald, Eagle are still working and offer a delivery service so I'll be on the phone to them first thing tomorrow morning.

Hi Michael,
Although I am not sure if they will continue trading through the current Covid19 lockdown, I can recommend Eagle Boat Windows ( https://www.eagleboatwindows.co.uk/ ) as a reputable supplier of replacement acrylic windows for your Pilot 20. They are based in Suffolk but offer a nationwide service and will be able to give you a good idea of the costs involved before ordering if you contact them with approximate dimensions and your material preferences. I carried out the same window replacement on my Pilot 20 about 4 years ago and was very pleased with the service I received. I would endorse your choice of Seals Direct as a very good source of the replacement rubbers (and fitting tools) that you will need - I live only a few miles from their Hampshire offices and can thoroughly recommend their services.
Good luck with your project.
Gerald.

* Hi, I'm looking to replace the 2 portholes and 3 small cabin windows in my Pilot 20, can anyone recommend a company that I can send the old ones to to use as a template and they send me nice new ones back? I'll get the seals from seals direct so that part is not an issue.

This is my first post on here, I bought Camaradie in July 2018 and we're giving her some overdue TLC, I've found some of the threads on the forum very useful and informative, thank you :).

Here she is at Oban last summer.
