If anyone else is searching for the same answer.
I bought a Campingaz powerbox 36l coolbox.
Runs on 12v and 240.
So far so good.
Absolutely perfect fit under my helm seat. Maximises use of that space

Not a 254, but our 234 came with a Halfords box that fits in the galley unit space that was once filled by a fridge. Obviously it has to be lifted out to open and it's 12v only (no mains cable) so it probably pounds the batteries. We'v just bought a larger Ellwood from Go Outdoors which has dual cables so we hope to freeze it down at home, keep it ticking over in the car and plug into the boat. That is 36H x 32W x 60D.

Any Seawings 254 owners out there with recommendations for fridge / coolbox solutions.
As you know we have no standard fridge installed, or any place to install one that I can find.

I have a coolbox under my helm bench which has just packed up.
What solutions do other 254 owners have?

Anyone have recommendations for top loading 12v cool boxes/fridges.
Can't be really any higher than 40cm, maybe could squeeze 41
thanks
