Im wondering if anyone else has the Webasto HL18 heater fitted?

Ours seems hit and miss, ie works somedays and not others, does not seem to matter of engines running or battery charger plugged in.
Im not even sure if its a std Hardy fit or a retrofit?

Sadly it looks a right sod to get to and will need all the saloon floor lifting just to get me in there!
