Hi Stephen.

Sorry it's taken a while to reply.

We used to have a pair fo AQAD41 (200hp's) and would often get a little drain off the overflow tube at the radiator cap on the heat exchanger. The tubes often are fitted with a little plastic tube to "run the coolant out of the way" - so this might be your issue. If not, then at the aft end of the engine, the coolant runs around the Turbo jacket and there is at leaks one, maybe two drain taps for the cooling system there - worth a look. If your AD41 is an A or B variant, then, most of the coolant pipes are copper with brazed drains and connections - check they haven't cracked.
I would still suspect "overflow" when hot.

Hoe this helps

Best Regards
Si
