Hi Nick. I've fitted bennett Hydraulic tabs to my Navigator. Fitted them as far to the outside of the hull as possible, trim planes inline with the bottom hill surface. If you fit them to close to the engine you can cause slipping and aeriation in turns. The bennetts came with teh usual self tapping screws, these were bedded in to the hull with West Epoxy (with a some micro fibres to give extra strength) - this was moistuire can't get at the fastenings and transom core - very very important to protect the transom core and laminate. If you're a Hardy Owners Club member, look me up in the book and give me a call if you want to chat about the install. Simon.
