Hardy Fishing 17 ‘Navistar’. Built by Hardy in 1990. Hull number 2473 Navistar has been owned since new by Tim & Christine Moore and was the subject of many articles published by Tim in the 1990’s within The Hardy Owner Club Magazine under the stories “Ramblings from Skye”. She has been a cosseted and well-looked after boat and is now reluctantly offered for sale. She comes with full equipment, Hummingbird Fish Finder and Garmin GPS together with extensive electronics, and instrumentation. Navigation lights moveable spot lamp, cabin internal lighting etc. Her power is from a Yamaha 40HP two stroke “bullet-proof” main engine, allowing planing speeds in excess of 20knots in ideal conditions. Her auxiliary engine is a virtually unused and as-new 2007 Honda 8hp 4-stroke engine with less than two hours use. Her tender is a 3 year old 2.4m Zodiac with an immaculate, rarely used Mercury 3.3hp two-stroke outboard. Hardy Navigator  This boat was first purchased from the London Boat Show in 1990 by the original owner. A lot of refurbishment was carried out in 2002/2003, including a new 50hp 2stroke Mariner engine fitted. Approx 150 hours since refit. Interior is of good condition with excellent seating, a table and two ring cooker with grill all housed in secure cabin. Twin batteries and isolator.
