Thought I'd share this, I've got loads of historical snapped screws in the GRP all over the boat. Best way I got around removing them as most were just above the surface was to core them out with some mini diamond tip hollow drills from Ali Express.

Once cored out I can back fill with Gelcoat which looks a hell of a lot better than old rusty studs.
