Hi, on our 36 the washers were fed from the pressurised cold water system so never needed filling. It is a big tank After a time the pipe fitting behind the dashboard started to leak which then needed attention!

Hi Jenny, no real knowledge of the Commodore I'm afraid.
On our Mariner it's behind a circular inspection hatch on the side of the cockpit, portside about 2 ft up from the sole if I remember correctly. All the best, Tony
