Hi Roger,
The outboard bracket that Hardy Marine had made and fitted to the bathing platform on the Hardy 25 was fitted inline with the outdrive leg and was bolted through the transom and bolted through the bathing platform.

I am the new owner of a 25, as you can see by the photographs it has a bathing platform which is great for access. I have fitted an outboard to the platform as had been done by the previous owner. However I believe the engine to be vulnerable and that the engine could damage the platform eventually. I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions on an alternative, thank you in advance.
