Hi John, I have passed your details on to another of our HOC members - Simon Kidd, of Southern Marine Surveys. Simon has extensive knowledge of Hardy craft and I am sure that time permitting he will contact you soon. If you would like to contact him directly you can find his details in the September issue of the Club's magazine, the Hardy Owner.

Hi again John, I've just received the brochure for the 335S from Simon - what a lovely craft she is. Good luck if you do go for her. I know that Simon will help.

Hi Folks, thanks for your imputs to date. The boat in question was originally a Hardy 33! ... a prototype made for the London Boat show 1987. Brief data sheet now supplied by Hardy's! It was also classed as a 335S Sedan of which only 5 were made, 4 with flybridges, and the one I'm interested in without the flybridge. It's also fitted with twin 230HP Volvo's and outdrives too ... John PS: Any one want a Seawings 234 before I advertise!

Hi do you mean a seawings 355 ??? I also believe that prior to the hardy 36 there was indeed a hardy 35, which was the predecessor to the 36 commodore. At that time there was the 25 and then the 27 was also added as the immediate successor to the 25 but was then I believe dropeed in favour of the mariner 26. steve

Further to earlier post I think the 35 was made in the mid eighties and was twin volvo engined with outdrives..... Shortly after its demise hardys I believe went onto only shaft drive boat production. Might tell you something if you have spotted an old 35... steve

Hi John - Well never heard of a Hardy 35. There is a Hardy 36, a twin engined fly bridge made since aabout 1996 in various guises. Also the Mariner 26, a later version of the Hardy 25. In between lies a Hardy 32 - you can find details of these on Hardy Marine Website. Happy Hunting - John
