Hi Roger I have a Pilot SE and find the standard location of the cooker to be ideal. Cooking smells leave the wheel house easily, even with the cockpit cover in place. It works well sitting on the rear seat and working with the cooker and I have everything to hand. It is also useful being able to stand and move around while cooking. Last weekend I made chili with boiled rice and it worked a treat. Washing up was also easy as I simply boiled some water and washed the dishes in the adjacent sink. The drain for the sink conveniently just drains overboard through a a hull skin fitting. The SE having the Co-pilot seat over the cooker is also an excellent design and was one of the reasons I favoured the SE. It gives better weight distribution and is more logical for 2 crew. I'm interested to hear your thinking behind moving the cooker. Cheers Andy

I am in the process of purchasing a Pilot SE and would like to know if anyone has undertaken the task of installing a new galley on the port side of the main cabin area adjacent to the entry hatch bulk head? (Hope this makes sense!)
