contact your local glazier give him the size of lexan you need pop it on with low modular silicone dont use the general purpose silicone it just peels off fix it down with stainless steel screws four on each edge should be enough peter

Yes replaced mine with lexan 6mm clear plastic once l did mine also had to do another 3 hardies in the harbour as you say you never pop your head out it anyway Peter Carmi Anstruther

I would like to replace the soft hatch cover with something like perspex, has anyone done this? The present soft cover is never removed, so is a bit useless. Suggestions, please? Bill
