Plastimo do helm seats that are similar to the original Hardy fit. I bought 2 light grey ones for my Fishing 17 and they were excellent.

My pilot 20 is powered by a Tohatsu 140hp ihad this boat and engine for 11 years. on full trottle its overpowered but at 18-20 mph its fantastic. I have been thinking of putting a diesel engine, can anybody suggest what make and hp is the most suitable. ino balzan from malta

7 Years ago I got my first Hardy boat, it is a Fishing 20. 3yrs ago I put a four stroke Mariner 50 bigfoot on it. It feels a very safe and sturdy boat + it handles well.

After owning a Fishing 17 for the last year I am considering upgrading to a Fishing 20. Any advice appreciated. Is the Yamaha inboard / stern drive any good or are you better sticking to an outboard? Any funny quirkes I should be aware of? Can you still get spares for them? Any for sale!
